Refund Policy
Larson Wood Designs is committed to exceptional craftsmanship and the highest quality. Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping or does not meet our quality standards, returns will be accepted.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items (certain exclusions apply, see below).
- · To begin the return process, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- · Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
- · To cancel an order, please submit your request within 24 hours of purchase.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 35% will be applied to all returned items, unless the product is damaged while shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns for the following, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- · Custom or personalized orders
- · Digital downloads
- · Items on sale
- · Gift cards
All returns are at the discretion of the Larson Wood Designs shop owner.
Shipping Damage:
If an item arrives damaged while shipping, please keep all packaging materials and provide Larson Wood Designs with photos of the damage. This will help expedite the process with the shipping carrier.
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged while shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deny the return and send the item back to you. Any loss in value due to use or damage will also be the buyer’s responsibility.
Processing Times for Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
International Returns:
For international orders, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot reimburse customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred.
Holiday or Sale Periods:
Please note that items purchased during holiday sales or promotional periods may have a limited return window. If an item was purchased during a promotional period or sale, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible. Items on sale are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged while shipping.
Custom Orders:
For all custom or personalized orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged while shipping.
