Processing Time
Orders are typically processed the next business day (Monday through Friday) after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs:
UPS Ground: Delivery typically within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business day delivery, depending on the destination.
USPS Priority Mail Express: Guaranteed next-day or 2-day delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and the shipping destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are based on the package weight, dimensions, and the destination address. We strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible and pass on any discounted rates we receive from our shipping partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Please Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box as your shipping address and select UPS as your carrier, we will contact you for an alternate address or, if necessary, adjust the shipping method to USPS to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Times
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are estimated based on carrier schedules and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather, carrier issues, or holidays. Once a package is shipped, delivery is out of our control.
