Handmade Bread Bow Knife
A beautifully handcrafted bread bow knife designed to give you clean, effortless slices every time.
Each knife is made by hand in Kentucky from carefully selected hardwoods — walnut, cherry, ambrosia maple, curly maple, wenge, and other premium species. The curved handle is shaped for comfort, sanded buttery smooth, and finished with a food-safe oil and wax blend that brings out the natural color of the wood.
The thin, razor-sharp blade glides through crusty sourdough, sandwich loaves, banana bread, brownies, cakes, tomatoes, pastries, and more. If it needs a clean slice, this knife can do it. A small leather strap is added for hanging and easy storage.
Hand Orientation (Important)
This knife is available in Right-Handed and Left-Handed versions.
Because the blade has a single cutting edge and sits low on one side of the frame, the orientation must match the hand you normally cut with for smooth, accurate slicing.

A Note About Wood Variations
The knife shown in the photos is an example of the wood species.
Because every piece of hardwood is naturally unique, the knife you receive will not be the exact one pictured — but it will be handcrafted from the same species, with similar character and beauty.
No stains or dyes are used — every knife shows only the natural color of the wood.
I personally hand-select each knife and only ship pieces that meet my own high standards. Every knife is made to be stunning, functional, and something you’ll be proud to use or gift.
